My order has not arrived, what can I do?
If the order is successfully completed, you will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In this case, you can be sure that the order has been received by us and will be processed further. If this is not the case, the order has not been successfully completed and will therefore not be processed further. In this case, you can simply place another order.
The payment method prepayment is an exception. In this case you will receive an order confirmation, but the order will not be processed until payment has been made. If you choose prepayment, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions in addition to the order confirmation.
As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a consignment number and the delivery status of the order. You can track the shipment at any time using the link in this email.
If the status of the shipment is "delivered" but you have never received an order, please contact our Customer Service.
